cl-plus-ssl software package provides Common Lisp interface to OpenSSL, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cl-plus-ssl
cl-plus-ssl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cl-plus-ssl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cl-plus-ssl *
You will get with cl-plus-ssl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
